ASSISTANT MANAGER, REGULATORY REPORTING – FS ADVISORY – London

Our client is a highly regarded Consulting firm. They are seeking to employ an Assistant Manager to join the Financial Services Advisory Team

The team work across strategy, operations and improvement as well as at a transactional and defined project level. You’ll be someone who can work pro-actively, supporting senior management. You’ll also be confident collaborating with others, communicating regularly with Managers and Senior Managers. to enable our client to serve their clients effectively.

As an Assistant Manager

You’ll be Regulatory Reporting Specialist who will support the Partner and his team in the management of projects at all stages including proposal, budgeting, project planning, delivery, client liaison and general project management. This team provide high quality advisory services across a range of different projects such as Internal Audit reviews, S166s reviews, due diligence work, and training.

They been highly successful in the last few years and is expanding rapidly thanks to an increasing demand for specialist regulatory advice across the Prudential space and in response to the ever-evolving regulatory environment.

You’ll be someone with;

  • Good experience, of Regulatory Reporting within banks, building societies and/or investment firms.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of financial services legislation, including the requirements for COREP and FINREP.
  • An Excellent report writing, communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience of liaising with clients be comfortable interacting with senior management.
  • Exposure to at least some of the following other aspects of prudential regulation: stress-testing, market / treasury risk, climate / ESG risk, and/or enterprise risk management would be an advantage.
