AJB Executive Search  Limited (AJB) serves mainly Financial Services clients around the world, working to achieve our purpose of finding the most suitable and available candidates to satisfy our client’s requirements

AJB employees will not engage in, or tolerate any human rights abuses and will seek to act in accordance with internationally-recognised human rights and standards, including the International Bill of Human Rights, the International Labour Organisation (ILO) Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work and the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, making them integral to the way we operate.

AJB will not seek to recruit or employ any persons under the legal age limit of employment or engage in any form of Child Labour or Modern-day Slavery and have Zero Tolerance toward Human trafficking.

Satisfy AJB of their age and;

AJB prohibits physical abuse or discipline, the threat of physical abuse, sexual or other harassment and verbal abuse or other forms of intimidation. Disciplinary and grievance procedures are clearly documented and communicated to all employees in our Employee Manual.

All and any disciplinary measures that are taken against any employee are recorded and actioned.
