Our candidates’ information is treated in the strictest confidence: we will never forward your details to any of our clients without first having obtained your express permission. In return, we ask that you do not approach our clients directly with your CV if we have already introduced you to them.

Candidates, please be advised, if you are introduced to any position with any client of AJB’s irrespective of you having received a job specification or not, then you will automatically be bound by the Indemnity below.

Candidate Indemnity

I agree to be represented exclusively by AJB Executive Search for the vacancy/ies introduced herein (and any subsequent vacancies so introduced by AJB this introduction also covers the company/client that my details have been presented to for ANY vacancy)  for a period of 18 months and that I have not been advised and/or approached by another recruitment consultancy (or third party) about this vacancy.

If I am subsequently approached by another recruitment consultancy (or third party) about the same company/client for the vacancy in question or ANY other vacancy henceforth, I must decline, advising that I am already being represented. If my CV has already been submitted, I will instruct the recruitment consultancy (or third party) that it must be withdrawn immediately in favour of AJB Executive Search, (although I need not mention the name AJB Executive Search)

Introduction means either;

  1. The candidate has received a job specification for the vacancy/ies introduced by AJB
  2. The candidate has been advised about a specific vacancy, even though a job specification may not be readily available
  3. The candidate has agreed for AJB to present their CV to the client/s in questions, where the name of the clients has been revealed to the candidate

I confirm that having agreed to this undertaking, I will indemnify AJB Executive Search for the loss of any placement fee that would have been ordinarily payable (and including any legal cost that AJB may incur) should I accept this vacancy via another recruitment consultancy or third party, including a direct approach to or from the company/client in question
