MERGERS & ACQUISITION DIRECTOR

Our client is a highly regarded international Financial Services and Business Advisory Consulting firm

They are seeking to recruit an experienced Mergers Acquisition professional at Director level to work in their Nottingham office

Our Advisory team provide a wide variety of services that deliver value-led advice and outcomes. They have an in-depth knowledge of business, industry sectors and markets and understand the constantly changing risks and opportunities at the heart of our clients’ affairs. The team works across strategy, operations and improvement as well as at a transactional and defined project level. From technology to risk advisory, they’re experts in following through on top-level instructions to final resolution. The success candidate will be working on some of the world’s most exciting financial operations and business deals, building your experience and expertise alongside the brightest minds

You’ll be someone who can work pro-actively, managing your own tasks including client engagement as well as business development. You will also be confident collaborating with others, communicating regularly with Senior Managers, Directors, and Partners to enable out client to best serve their clients effectively.  You’ll be encouraged to identify and draw attention to opportunities for enhancing the firm’s delivery and providing additional services to their clients.

Candidate Profile

The successful candidate will have the following:

The successful candidate will posses;

A good understanding of, and experience in, advising clients on both buy-side and sell-side work, and will have led projects to a successful close.

Your experience will involve working with private companies, owner-managed businesses and private equity houses.

    • ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent), or relevant work experience.
    • Previous staff management or supervisory experience.

You will be a unique individual that can offer excellent advice to client and present the firm’s culture and name in a professional and positive light

Excellent communication skills are required

Management of junior members of the team is also essential

Flexible working arrangements are readily available to assist in your contribution to the team and firm’s clients
